I guess I'm a little behind on my blog reading. Last night I spotted a post over on I'm Just a Guy Who Quilts on maintaining and oiling your sewing machine. Now, I thought I was pretty good about maintaining my machine. I clean out the lint after every bobbin. I dust the whole thing every once in a while. But I've never had it serviced and I've never oiled it. Have I mentioned this thing is about 15 years old? I don't know if that's testament to Berninas or what, but my machine is still happy, still going strong, and now, oiled.
