Wordplay

One of the things I find really cool about being in a quilt guild is making charity quilts.  Sure I could do them on my own, but when the guild has already done all the research and made all the contacts, it's just so much easier!  This is a little baby quilt I made using one block (it's a big block!) from a moda bake shop pattern I'd tried out last year.  I think a lot more of my test blocks are going to head in this direction, there's just too many of them sitting around!  Anyway, I think with this one, the really fun thing is the quilting.

  4. Such a cute idea for the wording. I'm also embracing mini items as a way of trying out new things, so much fun when you're not stressing over a whole quilt!
